People think becoming a millionaire is such a difficult huddle but the truth of the matter is they are not well enlightened about the subject matter and great times have a wrong attitude.

Now compare this to if he had kept his money in the bank, he won’t even get up to N600k in the period.

It is therefore advisable that you involve yourself in LAND BANKING, which is the act of using your money in buying lands that will give you the best return on your investment as lands keep increasing in value without doing anything especially if you buy lands in the direction of development where there are the presence of business activities, government presence, and high population.

Now look at the mathematics, if 6plots of lands were bought at N500k totaling N3M and when he is now sold at N2.5M it will total N15M, the profit margin is massive i.e. N12M from one transaction in 2years.
